Critical Issues – Restructuring the company from a manufacturing company to a technology based supply chain management company, with extraction of significant value for shareholders. Two manufacturing units sold to AIM plc for £11 million and a third to a MBO. Group turnover reduced to £25m, profits increased.

Electronic Manufacturer – Designed and installed radio broadcast facilities. Clients included the BBC, Virgin and Al Jeera. Also operated a recording studio for production of advertising commensals. Turnover £2 million.

Critical Issues – Two distinctive businesses restructured into separate operating companies. Subsequent disposal for cash of loss making company enabling value return to external shareholder.
